The bus never showed for the scheduled pick up and ended up with multiple unhappy people waiting, the bus finally showed up at the next scheduled pick up time. For the return journey the next day to the airport I downloaded the app and paid for my ticket online after my previous experience I verified the Hoppa bus times for my hotel and waited patiently for my ride back to the airport. I attempted to take the Hoppa bus from Heathrow terminal 5 to be told the bus only took contactless cards, I explained to the driver I did not have a contactless card only a chip card the driver simply shrugged his shoulders and told me there was no other option and to get off the bus 'not my problem', I ended up taking a taxi to the hotel (1.4 miles for £23.50). Hotel Hoppa bus cost me £6 for a single, London transport bus ticket would have been much cheaper and an Uber would only be approx £10 I will upload a pic of packed bus if this review page allows me toĪVOID at all costs. Really stressful, nearly missed my 11:30am flight from T2 as I didn't get to T2 till 9:35am, a full hour after the scheduled pick up time. Bus got absolutely packed as it went from hotel to hotel until it had to turn people away for being so cram packed. Bus was 20min late arriving at Raddison (8:36am on timetables arrived at 9am). Hotel Hoppa bus can take up to 1 hour from Raddison hotel as it serves several other hotels after it picks you up before finally going to T3 and then T2. A Red Bus will go direct to the Heathrow bus station assuming you catch a relevant bus number. walk out of your hotel and get a London Transport red bus to the Heathrow central bus terminal in the middle of Terminal 2&3 instead or book an Uber or other taxi to go directly to your terminal.
